Terms of Agreement
1. Shipping Timeframe:
 Technically modified products will be shipped within 5 business days from the
date of completion.
 Aesthetically modified products do not have a set timeframe for shipment. This
is due to the fact that I work in batches to save on both time and materials.

2. Communication and Updates:
 The customer will always be kept up to date regarding any changes from the
initial agreement, including updates on shipping timelines.
 For aesthetic modification orders J-Lee’s Customs will keep in contact with the
customer to make sure that all of their requests will be met while keeping them
up-to-date of the process.
 Any deviations from the initial agreement will be communicated promptly to
the customer via email or other agreed-upon communication channels.

3. Delivery Method:
 All products will be shipped using a reliable shipping method.
 Customers will be provided with tracking information once the product has
been shipped.
4. Shipping Costs:
 Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of
the package.
 Customers will be informed of the shipping costs before finalizing their order.
5. Delivery Address:
 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date shipping
addresses.
 J-Lee's Customs is not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred due to
incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Customs and Duties:
 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees
incurred during the shipping process.
 J-Lee's Customs is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed
by customs authorities.

7. Sending Own Products for Modification:
 Customers have the option to send in their own products for modification.
 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product sent for
modification is compatible and suitable for the desired modifications.
 J-Lee's Customs is not liable for any damages to the customer's product that
occur during the modification process.

8. Shipping Damages:
 In the event of shipping damages, customers must notify J-Lee's Customs
within 48 hours of receiving the product.
 Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damages
for assessment.
9. Lost Shipments:
 J-Lee's Customs will work with the shipping carrier to investigate any lost
shipments.
 If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, J-Lee's Customs will
issue a replacement product, but no money back will be provided.

10. No Money Back Policy:
 Products sent to or bought from J-Lee's Customs will always be repaired. No
refunds or money back will be provided.

11. Acceptance of Terms:
 By placing an order with J-Lee's Customs, customers agree to abide by these
terms and conditions regarding product shipment.

12. Modification of Terms:
 J-Lee's Customs reserves the right to modify these terms of agreement at any
time. Customers will be notified of any changes before finalizing their orders.
